Designed to suit a wide range of industries — from offices and retail to childcare, trades, and sports teams — these sessions provide a structured opportunity for individuals to check in on how their body is adapting to the physical demands of their role. For larger groups, we can arrange convenient onsite sessions, or staff are welcome to attend in clinic. Get in touch with our friendly team to discuss onsite options or in-clinic sessions. We support businesses, school staff, sports teams and organisations based in Timaru and the surrounding South Canterbury region.  We offer a $15 discount on any initial in-clinic appointment for staff who attend our onsite workplace spinal check sessions.
